Reprocell ABLE BIOTT 30 mL Disposable Bioreactor
The ABLE Biott 30 mL Disposable Bioreactor is a single-use bioreactor system for cell culture and microbial fermentation. It has a 30 mL working volume and is made of animal-derived component free (ADCF) materials. The bioreactor features an integrated impeller, integrated sparger, and integrated optical sensors for pH and DO. It is compatible with the ABLE Biott bioreactor controller. The bioreactor is sterile and ready-to-use out of the package. It is designed for process development and optimization in upstream bioprocessing workflows.

(12.7 mm) diameter coupon each, totaling twelve (12) coupons per reactor (same coupons as the CDC and Rotating Disk Biofilm Reactors). The lid with coupon holders and coupons is mounted to a black PET or stainless steel body which contains a half-inch channel designed to mimic a standard half-inch water pipe. The entire chamber seals shut with the help of silicone rubber O-rings, allowing the reactor to hold up to 100 psi.The Bio-inLine® Biofilm Reactor was designed to allow the growth and testing of biofilms grown under conditions found in common water distribution systems. They can be easily placed in water piping systems, allowing biofilm testing as needed within the system.
